Intentional painting let me free the picture from the assessment. It is another miracle in my life. I accept my paintings the way they are because they carry the energetic message. The message is most important in them. Painting is a great way to enter inside oneself and to be with oneself. It is a free means of self-expressing.

Vedic Art workshops was an extraordinary time of discovering our own skills, potential, and simply the time of self-recognition. Amazed, I was watching the changes that I, and others, internally experienced while painting from our hearts. Those changes are still going on, because I am still painting and I can’t stop doing it :) And I will not, probably. I seem that somewhere deep in my heart I have always wanted to paint but the inner critic was always saying: “but you  can’t… you must not paint!” Thanks to the workshops I understood that I do not have to paint for others but, first of all, for myself. It is I who should be satisfied. It is I who shall like it. And it seems I did it! I am painting with pleasure and I lose myself in it. It is so exciting :)) because one can paint everything: emotions and dreams, future and past. Thanks to painting my life has become easy :)))) I have received a wonderful, selfless love to myself. I now I am getting “dangerously” creative!
Thanks to Vedic Art painting I manager to connect myself with my emotions and the inner child. I allowed myself for limitless self-approval at times, and that is why I am painting with. And that amazing impression I had while re-painting the pictures. It proved to be a very valuable experience. I think I will always remember „changing the “little hole” painting”. I became a different person thanks to that activity! The co-participants in the process know that :) Oh, and one more thing: the atmosphere, so many interesting people around. I am grateful to You, too, Adriana, and to all who co-created that wonderful painting climate. Thank you, everybody :) The workshops of Vedic Art changed my life and I recommend them to everybody who has not yet decided to attend them.

Thanks a lot for the “Happy and Fulfilled Stenia". I no longer am the “Shocking Stenia.” I found my position and I know I will paint further on. I can feel this lightness, the colors and love.
I had a great time and experienced some unforgettable moments at the Vedic Art workshops in Nowe Kawkowo. I conquered my past and I am in the presence, I am “here and now” and the future is there, before me, and I am not scared of it any more. I learned to accept my space and, what is most important, the space that is my Son’s. The paintings hang all over my and I am looking at them with love and serenity that you communicated to us.

Thank you with all my heart for everything you did for us. The most important thing was that many of us crushed the invisible barriers which prevent us from our access to our own interior space. I have always thought that playing with paints lets us paint the things we feel in our Souls (it is my childhood). Thanks to your stress-less directing of the classes, your openness and kindness it was much easier for us to break our own proverbial ice. And add the Angels You guided and the stories about the land many adept of spiritual development are dreaming about… Connected, all those things were a great ford for the body, the Soul and the mind. Once again let me thank You for your being there, your selflessness and love we are all learning.

MARZENA

I had always envied people who can paint. I wanted to be like them: stand before the easel with a brush in my hand, and create. I had never tried it because I had thought I couldn’t.  Thanks to the workshops my dream came true and painting became my passion. I also learned about myself very much. I understood what was stopping me in my life: it is my fear of being assessed by others. Thanks to the Vedic Art workshops I am starting to free myself from that limitation. I have already learned to create without paying attention to whether somebody else will like what I paint or not, and I felt the great freedom thanks to it.
